Shipping & Returns
Delivery
We deliver to your door in South Africa with The Courier Guy.
- Orders of R850 or more: free delivery.
- Orders below R850: R120 delivery.
Please provide your email address, full delivery address and phone number at checkout so we can arrange delivery and send order updates.
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking reference by email. If it has not arrived within the quoted window, contact us with your order number and we will chase it.
Returns
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. Send a photo of the item and the packaging so we can log it with the courier.
Unopened products in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your cost unless the error was ours.
For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened supplements unless the product is faulty.
Cancellations
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us and we will cancel and refund it in full. Once it has shipped, the returns process above applies.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank this usually takes five to ten business days to reflect.
