How do I choose a product?

Read the ingredients, pack options, label directions and cautions on each product page. Customer experiences vary. Contact us if you need help finding product information before ordering.

Can I take more than one product?

Read each product's cautions and label directions. Ask your doctor or pharmacist before combining supplements, particularly if you take medication or have a diagnosed condition. Protocol bundles do not replace individual product directions.

Are these safe with my medication?

We cannot answer that for your specific situation and we will not guess. Several of our products carry cautions around blood-thinning and immunosuppressive medication in particular. Take the product page to your doctor or pharmacist.

Can I take these while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Speak to your doctor before starting anything. This applies across the range.

Do you test your products?

Testing and sourcing details are listed on each product page where we have them. Where a detail is not listed, it is because we have not verified it yet, not because we are leaving it out.

What if it does not work for me?

Contact us and tell us what you took, for how long, and what did not change. That conversation is more useful to both of us than a silent return.

How much is delivery?

Door-to-door delivery in South Africa is handled by The Courier Guy. Delivery is free for orders of R850 or more and costs R120 for orders below R850. Please provide your email address, full delivery address and phone number at checkout.
