About

Healing by Nature started with a simple frustration. The supplement aisle is built on overclaiming, and the people who need help most are the ones least equipped to tell the difference between evidence and marketing.

We sell functional mushrooms and natural supplements. We tell you what each one is for, roughly how long it takes to do anything, and what it will not do. Where we do not have data, we say so rather than filling the gap with adjectives.

How we think about this

The product is not the capsule. The product is whether you actually take it for long enough to find out if it works. Most supplements fail because people stop at week two, which is usually before anything measurable has happened.

That is why our ranges are organised by what you are dealing with rather than by ingredient. Nobody wakes up wanting cordyceps. They wake up tired.

What we will not do

  • Claim any product treats, cures or prevents a disease
  • Publish a benefit we cannot point to a source for
  • Use before and after photography
  • Pretend a supplement replaces medical care

If you are on prescription medication, pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a diagnosed condition, speak to your doctor before adding anything from this store.
